Use the Grade Calculator to Compute Your Grades in Multiple Formats: Percentage Grades, Letter Grades, and Points Grade Calculations:
Assignment (optional) | Grade (%) | Weight |

Find additional grade needed to get average grade of (assumes weights in %)
%Below are the formulas used for each mode:
The weighted average grade is calculated as:
Average Grade = (Σ(Grade × Weight)) / (Σ(Weight))
Example: If you have two assignments with grades 40% (weight 50) and 30% (weight 50), the calculation is (40×50 + 30×50) / (50+50) = 3500 / 100 = 35%.
To find the additional grade needed to reach a target grade (if total weight < 100):
Additional Grade = ((Target Grade × 100) - Σ(Grade × Weight certificação de peso)) / (100 - Σ(Weight))
Example: To reach 80% with the above grades (total weight 80), the additional grade needed is ((80 × 100) - (40×40 + 30×40)) / (100 - 80) = 165%.
Letter grades are converted to GPA values (e.g., A = 4.0, B+ = 3.33) and weighted:
GPA = (Σ(GPA Value × Weight)) / (Σ(Weight))
Example: If you have an A (4.0) with weight 3 and a B (3.0) with weight 2, the GPA is (4.0×3 + 3.0×2) / (3+2) = 3.6.
The total percentage is calculated based on points earned and maximum points:
Percentage = (Σ(Points Earned) / Σ(Max Points)) × 100
Example: If you scored 40/50 on one assignment and 30/50 on another, the percentage is (40+30) / (50+50) × 100 = 70%.
